Experience 

Jeong-Hoon Kim, a partner patent attorney, is specialized in the fields of biotechnology, organic chemistry and pharmaceutics. Kim is highly experienced in the technical areas of stem cell/immune cell therapy, genetic engineering, vaccine, chemical drug and natural extract. With his in-depth knowledge, Kim is providing patent prosecution, invalidation, litigation, FTO analysis, designing around and prior art analysis both domestically and overseas. Prior to joining the firm, Kim worked as a patent attorney at Zenith Patent & Law Firm from 2008 to 2014, IP team of GC Pharma from 2015 to 2018, and as a partner patent attorney at CHUN HYUN Patent & Law Firm from 2019 to 2021. He has been serving as an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Pharmacy at Yonsei University since 2024, teaching Intellectual Property in the Pharmaceutical Industry
