​Experience 

His practice involves KR and foreign patent prosecutions in biotechnology and pharmaceutical areas and patent litigations, including developing legal strategy and preparing expert reports. He represents and investigates diverse technologies including: vaccines, genes and gene expression systems, proteins,antibodies, pharmaceutical formulations or composition, methods of treatment with pharmaceuticals,animal models, bioinformatics, medical devices or kit and agricultural/food engineering. He advices Korean biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, and machinery companies on cross-border transactions and multinational patent portfolios.

He is an adjunct professor to gives a lecture of “Intellectual Property and Biotechnology” and “Patent strategies of Biotechnology” at Yonsei University and is a tutor for “Patent Drafting course” in World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) World Academy DL320.

He was a manager of managing and promoting English education programs projects on Intellectual Property (IP) such as Asia Pacific Economical Cooperation (APEC) project for disseminating E-learning contents on IPR information with Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and APEC secretary and Joint Development and Operation of E-learning contents on IP for Small and Medium sized Enterprises(SMEs) with KIPO and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
